I began my coaching journey supporting women, exploring deep self work and bodily connection and expression. As my work progressed I began to notice the same themes arising again and again. Conflict issues and fear, masculine and femininity polarity imbalances - within and (therefore) in the relationship, lack of self worth, disconnected inner child, lack of chemistry, lack of emotional intimacy, lack of boundaries.  I realised that we all share the same core wounds and that it is not just women who I am called to work with, but also men. So that we may rise together in support of one-another.

One key difference for example is the fear-shame downward spiral (see below). At the core, women experience a deep fear of abandonment. Whereas for men, underneath everything is shame and a deep sense of not being good enough. These two wounds become activated (not created) when in partnership and are the perfect dance partners for one another! I would like to help both women and men break these cycles, plus many more that we experience every day.
